Architect Rafael Moneo spent four years revealing the layers of history inside the 5* boutique hotel, from the 1st century Roman walls of the ancient city of Barcino to Medieval arches and frescoes. The harmony between ancient and modern, and the cream stone walls are the perfect complement to Tribù’s timeless outdoor design.
The terrace, with aromatic plants catching the breeze, is an oasis above the Gothic Quarter’s bustling streets, a place to read, relax and take a dip in the plunge pool.
The Mercer selected elegant Kos Loungers for its guests as well as the Mood Daybed, Mood Armchairs and Drops Side Tables to complete the look. As night falls, halos of light from Tribù’s teak lanterns create a romantic, intimate scene.
