At Cosh Living, we understand the excitement of receiving your orders promptly. Our commitment to providing a seamless experience extends to our shipping services. As we offer international and many made-to-order collections, there are varying shipping times across our range. Find out more below.

Stocked Items

Cosh Living keep a large variety of products readily available in stock, particularly in the outdoor furniture categories.

If an item has pricing displayed online, this means the item is part of our stocking program, or is made locally at our own production facility in Melbourne.

If the item requires any sort of production such as cushions, upholstery, staining or powder-coating, there will be a note listed on the product page with the estimated production lead time.

If there is no lead time listed in the product description, you can assume the item is in stock. If an item is in stock, please allow 1-3 weeks delivery to surrounding metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth. For regional areas, please allow 3-5 weeks.

Pre-Order Items

If an item is part of our stocking program but has sold out, it will be listed as a ‘pre-order’ item online. There will be a note listed on the product page with the estimated pre-order lead time.

Non-Stocked Items

If an item is not part of our stocking program or local production, it will not be available to purchase online, and the pricing will not be displayed. Please make an enquiry for pricing details. The lead time for non-stock items will vary depending on the brand. Current forward order / non-stock lead times for our brands are as follows;

Tribu, Dedon, Potocco and Lapalma - 18 weeks lead time.
Atelier Vierkant – 30 weeks lead time.

These lead times are only applicable for surrounding metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth. Regional locations can expect an additional 2-3 weeks lead time.

These lead times are inclusive of both local and interstate delivery. Items that need to be manufactured could have a longer lead time than estimated above.

Non-Stocked Items

Lead times are longer than usual due to current production and shipping delays we have been experiencing.

We have been advised by our freight forwarding company, that shipping lines from Belgium to Australia are now running as Trans Shipping only. This means that all shipping lines/routes are now diverted and go via Singapore, and not direct to Australia, as previously experienced, delaying arrival into Australia up to 4 weeks. This shipping delay has been considered in the lead times listed above.

Cosh Living accepts orders with the best intentions of meeting the quoted lead times based on information available to us at the time from our supply partners. It must however be acknowledged that lead times may be extended beyond Cosh Living's control due to the unprecedented stress the Covid 19 pandemic is having on the overall global supply chain and associated logistics. Delays can be imposed on Cosh Living at short notice which we apologise for in advance. Our customer service team set out with the best intentions and will keep you informed along the way of any delays beyond our control. Lead times are longer than usual due to current production and shipping delays we have been experiencing.

  • Pickup from our Warehouse (Free)

    Pick up is only available from the Cosh Living Warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria by appointment. If you place an order for pick-up online, a Cosh Living staff member will contact you to arrange the pick-up date & time when the order is ready.

    Please note that even if the item is in readily available in stock, you may need to allow 2-7 business days for the order to be processed & go through quality control.

  • Courier - Metro Areas ($50 min.)

    (Surrounding Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth)

    The courier delivery option is only available Australia wide for small ‘un-damageable’ items that can be delivered boxed. Price does not include assembly. A Cosh Living staff member will be in contact with you when the item is ready for dispatch. Pricing varies per item.

  • Courier - Regional Areas ($80 min.)

  • Drop Off - Metro Areas ($150)

    Scheduled drop off to residences still packed in boxes. Does not include assembly or rubbish removal.

  • Delivery & Installation - Metro Areas ($280)

    (Surrounding Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth)

    Includes delivery, assembly & rubbish removal (day of delivery only). Legal parking for the truck & unobstructed access must be available for delivery. Rate can vary depending on overall volume and weights – confirmed at time of order. Large Umbrella Deliveries are $350.

  • Delivery & Installation - Regional Areas (Priced Per Order)

    This price may vary depending on your location. A Cosh Living staff member will contact you to confirm the price, and if assembly & rubbish removal is possible in your area.

  • Pot or Pebble Delivery (Priced Per Order)

    Pricing for Pots & Pebbles depends greatly on quantity, weight and distance traveled. A Cosh Living team member will put together pricing for you when quoting the order. Kerbside delivery only.

  • Large Umbrella Delivery ($350)

    (Australia Wide)

    Cantilever outdoor umbrellas require a more time intensive delivery due to significant weight and installation requirements.
