THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our 10 Year Anniversary Celebrations in Sydney and Perth!!
We had two wonderful evenings with entertainment and delicious food and drinks enjoyed amongst the latest Kett and Tribù furniture collections. There was a fantastic turn out at both locations, with both loyal and new clients, and the best of the design industry in attendance.
Cosh director Shane Sinnott discussed the ongoing commitment he and business partner Colin Kupke have to provide the best product and service to the market, and to further developing the collections on offer over the next ten years.
Kett design director Justin Hutchinson spoke about his passion for designing furniture, which began whilst studying industrial design. His inspiration is taken from the Australian landscape for furniture that is suited to an Australian way of life. He also spoke of his journey with Cosh directors Shane & Colin, and their driving force and support alongside the Kett design team to create the collections and bring the project to fruition.
Kett products launched at the events include the Johanna Sofa, Johanna Elliptical & Round Dining Tables, Otway Bedroom Furniture and Otway Shelving Unit. We also introduced the new Kett Indoor Schemes: 4 Colour Stories of fabric and leather-based upon Mountain, Desert, Ocean & City.
Supporting accessories include outdoor lighting from Mark Douglass Design & linen bedding from In The Sac.
In Sydney, we also enjoyed a chat from special guest Tom DeCock, the sales and marketing director for Tribu. He spoke of Tribu’s appreciation for the exclusive partnership with Cosh, and went into detail about some of the latest and greatest outdoor materials; explaining the suitability of their outdoor product for the Australian climate and lifestyle.
Tribù pieces showcased at the events include the Nodi and Regista chairs - both manufactured with hemp, where new open weaving techniques are used.
We would like to say thanks to our amazing team for putting everything together and ensuring our 10th Anniversary was one to remember! A fantastic night was had by all, as the buzz of the party continued late into the evening.
Also special mention to our suppliers and those who contributed to the event. We were blown away with the response to the fabulous grazing tables, music, lighting and floral arrangements just to name a few.
