Characterised by large, large light-coloured travertine pillars and expansive glass windows and doors, the Toorak home designed by Davies Henderson offers garden access from multiple areas. Henderson's use of light-coloured travertine contrasts beautifully with the dark window frames, adding a striking visual element to the overall aesthetic. The travertine cladding extends seamlessly from the building’s façade to the paving, ensuring a cohesive flow throughout the property.
Jack Merlo's landscaping around the home is a masterpiece of meticulously designed spaces full of lush, textured greenery and touches of soft blush pink florals. His vision enhances the natural elegance of the travertine and is further complemented his choice of Cosh Living's outdoor furniture, creating a serene and inviting outdoor retreat.

The expansive outdoor areas, designed for a large family and for hosting celebratory gatherings, are furnished with high-end pieces from European brand Tribu and Australian brand Kett. Cosh's broad collection of outdoor furniture and ability to personalise pieces made them a perfect choice for this project, accommodating multiple functional areas for various activities.

Amongst the outdoor living spaces, this thoughtfully designed layout includes two distinct large lounging areas, a formal dining area, casual dining on a rooftop terraces, and several loungers which creating the perfect poolside setup. Additionally, there is a smaller, intimate setting designed for guest stays. The overall colour palette of the furnishings marries soft blue-grey hues and blush pinks with contrasting cream and charcoal finishes, that blend effortlessly with the home's materials.

The lounging area beside the pool features the plush Nodi Sofa and Nomad Ottoman for casual relaxation. The sofa's modular design has been personalised to includes two chaises, allowing for multiple spots to kick back and relax while the minimalist Senja Loungers sit side by side on a wooden deck, offering a comfortable spot adjacent to the pool. Surrounded by a sophisticated arrangements of potted plants including large ferns, this poolside area evokes a holiday-like atmosphere and providing the perfect area to unwind after a swim.

A formal dining area behind the loungers showcases the spacious Nox Table paired with woven Nodi Armchairs, complemented by a lounging area featuring the Senja Sofa and Nodi Lounge Chairs. The beautiful glazed lava stone of the Nox tabletop mirrors the blue and grey upholstery hues, creating a harmonious blend of colours and textures, while the woven Tricord of the Nodi adds a relaxing touch, reflecting a laid-back sense of luxury.

Beyond the main entertainment areas, tucked to the side of the home are the Contour Sofa and Contour Lounge Chair set which create an intimate spot to enjoy the morning sun. On the balcony, Kett Furniture's sleek minimal Wye Barstools provide a place to gather with friends for a BBQ, overlooking Yarra River.
