From understanding how a key piece will sit within a room to visualising multiple spaces or developing a complete scheme, Design Solutions offers three levels of support depending on the scale and requirements of your project.
Tier 1: Spatial Planning
When selecting a sofa, dining table or other key piece, understanding scale and placement can make all the difference.
Our Spatial Planning service helps you confidently understand how furniture will fit and function within your home before making a final selection. Working with the dimensions and layout of your room, our team considers proportion, circulation and placement to establish the right pieces for the space.
The service includes a 2D floor plan, material selections and product imagery, providing a clear foundation from which to make your furniture selections.
Tier 2: Visualised Design
For an entire room or multiple connected spaces, our Visualised Design service allows you to explore the complete scheme before making your final selections.
Furniture, lighting, finishes and materials are considered together, with detailed 3D renders providing a clear representation of how each element will sit within your home. This allows scale, placement and material combinations to be reviewed and refined as part of the design process.
You will receive a 2D floor plan, material selections, 3D renders, furniture and lighting placements, and a detailed ‘Shop the Look’ quote outlining the pieces selected for your project.
Tier 3: Full Design Service
For residential and commercial projects requiring a cohesive approach across multiple spaces, our Full Design Service provides a highly tailored, end-to-end experience.
A dedicated architect or senior designer works closely with you to establish a consistent design direction throughout the project. From spatial planning and furniture selections to material palettes, custom finishes and coordination with external suppliers, each element is considered as part of the broader interior.
The service includes a 2D full-home floor plan, curated flat lays and mood boards, 3D renders and walk-through visualisations, sourcing of custom finishes, external supplier coordination, project management and a custom A3 project folio.
