Haven is a new destination residential address within the iconic Gasworks precinct that embraces premium resort style living. This Newstead apartment building emanates luxury and timeless elegance. With its North-East aspect, it encompasses protected views of the Brisbane River, Waterfront Park and Brisbane CBD.

MMO Interiors partners with Cottee Parker Architects on penthouse collection and Haven Skydeck.

MMO Interiors was engaged to work on the Penthouse Collection and resident amenities in conjunction with Cottee Parker Architects. This included the Haven Skydeck with two floors of unsurpassed outdoor living nestled on the rooftop.

MMO interiors and cosh living enhance rooftop splendor with versatile outdoor furniture.

Level 26 focuses on semi-private entertaining with BBQ’s, pizza oven and dining facilities, fire pit lounge, teppanyaki lounge, yoga lawn and sunset bar. Level 27 boasts an infinity edge swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun lounges and cabana beds all designed for maximum relaxation and privacy. MMO Interiors worked closely with Cosh Living to deliver a range of outdoor furniture for a myriad of uses, whilst adding finesse to the overall rooftop splendour.

 

Stand out pieces for MMO include the Tribu Nomad velvet ottomans in the BBQ area, and the giant Atelier Vierkant ‘pebble’ sculptures.

Backed by a palette of natural materials, a range of bespoke quality furniture by Tribu and Manutti was deemed the obvious choice for this project. This sublime mix of sophisticated and exciting outdoor products, are guaranteed to keep guests entertained well after the sun goes down, overlooking the majestic river city.

    Hand-crafted sculptures that will last a lifetime. These pebbles are sculptural pieces for the home and garden that are constructed using unique clay from different regions of Germany.
