A jackalope is a large jackrabbit with antelope horns, a North American mythical creature. This award-winning hotel in the Mornington Peninsula wine region is no less exotic. Designed by Carr Design Group in collaboration with a roll call of Australia’s distinguished creatives, a breathtaking vineyard frames the slick black architecture, unique in both destination and design.
