This project saw many talented creatives come together to deliver a contemporary home that exudes sophistication, worthy of its great cause. 

Cosh Living is honoured to have been called upon to supply the furnishings for the new grand prize home, for the Royal Melbourne Home Lottery. The RMH Home Lottery is a longstanding program that supports and supplies funding to the Royal Melbourne Hospital for new treatments, trials, and equipment. Their efforts are helping advance medical care and change lives nationwide.

Contemporary Furniture for a Modern Home

This project features contemporary designer furniture from a range of Cosh Living brands with innovative designs, premium materials and timeless style for a modern way of living.

Award winning stylist Simone Haag’s signature style has been effortlessly translated throughout the home, seen in her selection of contemporary fabrics, dramatic silhouettes, and rich textures. We are so proud to have been the furniture of choice used to fill this incredible home.

The furniture choices speak to core values of the home, that being profoundly Australian in nature. The Cosh Living products that have been featured are predominantly from Australian brand Kett, lead by Melbourne designer Justin Hutchinson. Kett furniture celebrates an Australian way of life, drawing inspiration from the natural landscapes along the Victorian coastline, so the choice was perfect for this Hamptons home.

Webster Architecture’s vision of a contemporary 5-bedroom family home with two living zones, was brought to reality by Mazzei Home Builders. This entertainer’s dream home, Linacre Road focuses on grand modern structure and tactile details that work together in perfect tandem to provide the new homeowner with an indulgent living experience.
