Cosh Living partnered with Marshall White to furnish and style the display suite of a luxury apartment at The Carlile, a boutique residential development in Armadale. With with a brief from the client, the team curated a sophisticated and expressive interior using pieces from the Kett & Potocco and outdoor collections from Tribu. Characterised by plush velvets, deep blues, and richly layered textures, the space is a refined, contemporary expression of Australian living that highlights a commitment to thoughtful, timeless design.

Architecture with Integrity
The Carlile is a boutique collection of nine luxury residences on Melbourne’s High Street in Armadale. Sensitive to its historic context, the development integrates two restored heritage buildings with contemporary architecture. The spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments include full-floor penthouses and a ground-floor residence with a private pool. The project balances heritage character with modern design, making it a natural collaboration for Cosh Living’s timeless and adaptable furniture collections.

Elevated Interiors, Grounded in Texture
The interiors at The Carlile are guided by a deep appreciation for material richness and sculptural restraint. A navy velvet Kett modular sofa serves as the centrepiece in the living area, paired with a rust-toned Johanna ottoman and Portland coffee tables in a smoked oak timber stain. Rounded, organic forms such as the ivory Jade lounge chair from Potocco offer a soft contrast to the linearity of the architecture. The palette combines tonal depth with carefully considered pops of colour, creating a sense of warmth, sophistication, and visual interest. Natural light, clean lines, and thoughtful detailing throughout the home contribute to a calming yet expressive atmosphere.
